Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellations Policy

Plans change — we completely understand. Here is how cancellations work:

·       Platinum Package

2 days or more before pickup: 48 hours or more before pick-up: Free cancellation.

Less than 2 days before pick-up: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund at this stage, as the vehicle has already been reserved exclusively for you.

Last-minute bookings (made within 48 hours before pick-up) are non-refundable.

·      Silver & Gold Packages

·      8 days or more before pick-up: 75% refund of the total booking amount provided that the reservation has been fully prepaid.

      The remaining 25% is retained as a non-refundable administrative fee.

·       Less than 8 days before pick-up: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund at this stage, as the vehicle has already been reserved exclusively for you.

Last-minute bookings (made within 8 days before pick-up) are non-refundable.

·      Last Minutes Bookings

For last-minute reservations (within 24 hours), we may adjust the pickup time to fit our schedule for the day. We will always let you know.

Changes to Your Booking

Need to adjust dates or times? Just contact us — we are happy to help. Changes are subject to availability and in line with our rental terms.

If a modification requested less than 8 days before pick-up results in a shorter rental period, the unused rental days are non-refundable.

Vehicle Swap for Personal Preference

provides the vehicle category selected at the time of booking. However, the Company reserves the right to provide a similar or higher category vehicle when necessary.

If the delivered vehicle matches the booked category but, for personal comfort reasons (and not due to a technical issue or company responsibility), you prefer to change to another vehicle of the same or a lower category, we will be happy to assist, subject to availability and price conditions. A €20 handling fee will apply.

No refund will be granted for any price difference if you choose a lower category vehicle for personal convenience.

If the delivered vehicle corresponds to the category booked, no refund or compensation applies.

Early Return

If you bring the car back earlier than planned, the remaining days are not refundable, as the vehicle was held exclusively for you.

Situations Where No Refund Applies

If the renter fails to meet the required pickup conditions, the service is considered available and no refund will apply.

  • Failure to accept the rental terms and conditions
  • No-show
  • Invalid or expired driving license, or absence of a driving license
  • Invalid transaction of the excess/deposit amount and/or remaining booking balance
  • Customer behavior at the office that is not compatible with the rental terms

Equal Application of Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy applies equally to all customers, regardless of nationality or country of residence.
